  1. As a massive fan of General Hospital, I cannot understand why General Hospital who has so many nominations in the daytime Emmy awards is not shown on television in Australia either Free to Air or Foxtel. The Luke/Laura wedding smashed all records back in the 70’s. Sadly Luke is no longer in the show but Laura is…I would love to see GH back on TV in Australia.

  2. I see no nominations for Bold and the Beautiful for Writing Team For A Drama Series or Directing Team For A Drama Series. What a surprise, not. This year the writing has become monotonous, same conversation, for four months.

    1. Yet ratings have increased in the US, locally too. At time of post, Bold is the #2 streamed show on 10play in past 28 days.

      1. And it is nominated for Outstanding Drama. But Aaron D. Spears as Justin Barber a Supporting Actor nominee? Where is he this year? Off with Dollar Bill, Wyatt, Katie and Pam on the Stella Maris somewhere?

        1. Stella Maris lol. The Emmy’s eligibility/ submission is for work with an airdate in the preceding calendar year (1 Jan-31 Dec). I’m hoping Kimberlin Brown wins her category, however her best work has been this year, so perhaps another submission for next year.

          1. Yes, surprised over the Justin nom, his show reel would have been easy. That time he went off the rails and way out of character last year. Glad B&B didn’t get a nod in the writing. It brings some credibility back to the Emmys for me.
