Renewed: Five Bedrooms

Drama with Kat Stewart, Roy Joseph, Stephen Peacocke, Doris Younane and Katie Robertson gets a fourth season.

Popular local drama Five Bedrooms has been renewed for a fourth season on Paramount+.

The series starring Kat Stewart, Roy Joseph, Stephen Peacocke, Doris Younane and Katie Robertson was created by Michael Lucas & Christine Bartlett, and produced by Hoodlum Entertainment.

Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer, Paramount ANZ, Beverley McGarvey revealed the news last night at a Paramount+ event at Vivid.

“We’re about to announce another season of Five Bedrooms, which is really exciting,” she said.

Season Two is currently screening on Free to Air on 10.

Filming for the fourth season will get underway in Melbourne in October.

Picking up just weeks after the season three finale, viewers can expect a controversial romantic entanglement, plus an unexpected diagnosis.

There’s so much more in store for housemates Liz (Kat Stewart), Ben (Stephen Peacocke), Heather (Doris Younane), Ainsley (Katie Robertson), Harry (Roy Joseph) and Simmo (Johnny Carr), which will be told through the eyes of Five Bedrooms creators and writers Michael Lucas and Christine Bartlett.

Filmed in Melbourne, season four of Five Bedrooms will find our cast in the midst of their own unique crises, with each striking at the core question of the series: what’s the best way to live a life, and who are the best people to live that life with?

Five people, one house, many worlds colliding.

Five Bedrooms will commence filming later this year and is produced by Hoodlum Entertainment for Paramount+. With major production investment from Screen Australia, it is developed and produced with the assistance of Film Victoria.

  1. I guess that if you want to see it first and not wait for two years you are compelled to Subscribe to Paramount Plus, if you are impatient well you have to subscribe and there are only so many hours in the day and I find that to have any more than two mor three services you are not getting the most out of your subscriptions, I was a bit angry with Paramount PLus seeing as Paramount released a lot of Elvis films, you have to pay more for them.
