Hunted: trailer

10 teases its upcoming 'fugitives' soon on the run from investigators.

Could you disappear without a trace?

10 has released an extended trailer for its upcoming competition series, Hunted.

Based on a UK format, the series follows nine pairs of ordinary Australians who become ‘fugitives.’

The series -which has no host- is produced by Endemol Shine Australia, and could potentially screen as a successor to MasterChef Australia (to be confirmed).

With limited funds and resources, they will have to think of ingenious ways to survive and remain undetected for 21 days. Hunting them down are some of the world’s best investigators selected from the Australian Federal Police, Australian Defence Force, British Intelligence, skilled cyber analysts, special ops and private security, using their expertise and replicated powers of state.

Filmed entirely in Melbourne and greater regional Victoria, our cunning fugitives will need to be at the top of their game to evade capture from the ground hunters and the Hunted HQ team.

  1. Would love to see the UK seasons which have been unavailable here for so long. I am looking forward to this, but I had to come here to find out whether it was the right show (there was a recent drama by the same name) because they choose not to promote it properly, instead using silly codes. How many potential viewers have they lost because they don’t actually promote the show.

  2. do we know yet how many eps per week/total hours this will run? Looks awesome but i am reluctant to commit to another reality tv show, they’re just too long. As it is i have gone back to BB eps this week, time shifting then ffwding thru all the filler though and multi tasking doing other things while its in the background. Imho it’s he only realistic way of getting thru so many hours of mindless tv lol

  3. Wow! What an awesome trailer! I can’t wait to watch the show! Could the best one of 2022!

Also, I may be a little biased (because I live in Melbourne), but having Melbourne and Regional Victoria as the backdrop for the hunt will be memorizing and beautiful!

  4. Really looking forward to this show! British version was excellent and well made. Going to be interesting to watch as Australia has bigger distances and less surveillance cameras
