Johanna + Pete – Amazing Homes – The Lee House
What appears to be a simple restoration of an original building, turns out to be a completely new build as Johanna and Pete discover during their walk through of The Lee House in Watsons Bay. The architect has taken the signature traditional fisherman’s cottage of the area and reworked the design for modern living. A beautiful melding of concrete, maple and glass that seamlessly connects this modern renovation to the heritage origins of the home. Journeying through the home, framed views to the surrounding landscape provide delightful surprises and a connection to the area.

Adam – Easy Peasy Coffee Table
This would have to be the easiest build ever done on Better Homes and Gardens. Tonight, Adam builds a stylish coffee/occasional table in the scandi-style with tapered and splayed legs. All the materials you need to build this project are available off the shelf from the hardware store, but there are only four, and even if you’ve never touched a hammer before, we think you could still easily make this super stylish coffee table.

Graham – Small Family Garden

With great planting combinations, a chill out zone, a play zone, a pizza oven and plenty of small space big ideas – the garden ticks all the boxes and provides for the needs of the growing family. This one is sure to inspire!

Charlie – Park In Style
Just because the front of your house is a practical place where you might park your car or in this case, motorbikes, doesn’t mean it can’t have some joie de vivre. Tonight, Charlie will freshen the parking spot for a couple of avid travelling motorcyclists who need a practical place to park their bikes when they’re at home. And while he’s at it, he’ll give the front of their house an achievable do-over too!

With a fresh lick of paint, clever DIY touches and some antique style pieces, this kitchen will soon ooze character and contrast.
