Bluey creators offer to design Olympics mascot

Brisbane animators raise their paw to assist in creating 2023 mascot for Games.

Bluey creators Ludo Studios have offered to help design a mascot for the 2032 Olympics to be held in Brisbane.

Queensland premier, Annastacia Palaszczuk confirmed, “Just last week, the makers of Bluey reached out to see if they can help design the Olympic mascot.”

Producer said it would be “an amazing opportunity and privilege” to be a part of the Games.

“We would be well suited to a challenge of this size and we would love the opportunity to pitch something unique for it,” Moor said.

Or maybe we save the everybody the trouble and just give the gig to Bluey herself?

Palaszczuk said the government and Olympic organisers were “a fair way” from making decisions around the mascot, but the offer was “an example of the kind of homegrown talent we have that will make the Games the best ever”.

No word if Roy and HG have raised the idea of revival for Fatso the Fat-Arsed Wombat.
