SBS nabs fourth in final ratings week of 2022

FIFA World Cup cleared the magic million and topped the week. 10 lands in fifth place behind SBS.

The final survey week for 2022 is run and won, with the FIFA World Cup Australia v Tunisia topping the week.

The match drew 1.03m metro viewers, helping SBS to a rare fourth place for the week.

That left Network 10 relegated to fifth overall.

Seven won the week once again, its 21st week of 40 wins.

Also last week SBS World Watch registered its very first share number, with a tiny 0.1% share on Monday.

Nine led in 25-54 demos, with Seven scoring 16-39.

Seven won every night except Saturday, a rare victory for SBS. ABC bettered 10 every night except Thursday. SBS also eclipsed 10 from Tuesday – Saturday. ABC also outclassed Seven and Nine on Saturday.

Seven led in Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth. Nine held Sydney & Brissy.
