  2. I think the ABC should take some of the blame for their focus on political narratives and agendas. They should be more sensible. They could have shown something more appropriate and family friendly instead for the pre-show, such as how to make recipes like Coronation Chicken, or Coronation Quiche, and how to make decorations. I think that’s what was expected and then ABC completely misread the room to focus on politics. Now there’s another race row.

    2. You don’t tackle racism by not offending the racists. These sort of conversations are exactly what tge ABC should have been showing, and if you’re showing a centuries old ceremony you delve into all sides of the history too
