  1. Quick turn around from the theatrical release. It was fun watching this in cinemas to hear the crowds reactions. They were laughing one minute and in shock in another.

    1. After the masterpiece that was ‘Promising Young Woman’ (one of my favourite films of all time now)… Emerald Fennell has me eating out of the palm of her hand and I will watch anything her name is attached to. Naturally I rushed to see this straight away and yes the gasps from the cinema audience… followed by all out laughter over and over again was great. What a film this is. Rosamund Pike needs to be nominated for best supporting actor at the Academy Awards for sure, she was so spot on with her character. It’s amazingly written (another nod should be given at awards season) and wonderfully, ambitiously directed with a cast that are all in fine form. What an experience this film is. I cannot wait to see it again. If Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3 and the incredible Aussie film Of An Age weren’t released this year, Saltburn would be my number 1. Amazing. Imagine Fennell directing a TV series? Omg that would be something!
