The Daily Show cancels broadcasts around Republican National Convention
"Due to logistical issues and the evolving situation in Milwaukee we need to reschedule our events on the ground," says US talk show.

The Daily Show has cancelled plans to broadcast from Milwaukee during the Republican National Convention, following the attempted assassination on President Donald Trump.
Jon Stewart will instead from the show’s regular base in New York City from Tuesday.
A message posted on social media offered “apologies for the inconvenience,” citing “logistical issues and the evolving situation in Milwaukee” for a “need to reschedule our events on the ground in Wisconsin.”

The Daily Show has previously screened in Australia on Foxtel, Network 10 and Paramount+.
Meanwhile The Late Show also has plans to broadcast live from Chicago, the site of the Democratic National Convention, in August.

The Daily Show currently screens on Comedy Central in Australia.
So only thrrough Fetch? Ok.
Also aired on SBS in the mid-2000s.
The show has been utterly brilliant since Jon Stewart returned earlier this year. It’s totally bizarre that it’s not available here via 10/Paramount+.
