Four Corners‘ long-awaited investigation into Channel Seven will screen next Monday night.
“Don’t Speak”, reported by Louise Milligan, hears from former staff and those formerly linked to the network including Amber Harrison, Mark Gibson and more.
Channel Seven bills itself as a family network, but a Four Corners investigation finds it to be a “second chance club” for senior men, described as a “degrading, soul-crushing” workplace.
Allegations of sexism, exploitation and extreme bullying at the network are rife and staff have been left hospitalised. In some extreme cases, they are unable to work or been suicidal.
Many staff have made legal claims against the network and many past staff have been gagged with non-disclosure agreements.
Reporter Louise Milligan and the Four Corners team have spoken to more than 200 people for this explosive story, including current staff who told them they believe there is a desperate need for change at both Seven and the broader commercial television industry.
Monday 12 August at 8:30pm on ABC.

The words ABC and neutral should never be used in the same sentence.
It should be.
Seven, is that you?
I see two sides to this. One is that ABC seems to do hit pieces for rivals and people or things that don’t fit their narrative. At the same time, there are workplaces that have or have had toxicity, which needs to be eradicated. It does need to be addressed, there’s no denying that. There would be some expectation for Seven to respond to the claims and to see the extent or validity.
This is why it’s important for ABC to be neutral so that the content can be truly trusted.
Is any of this really a shock? 7 has been playing reputation rehab for disgraced men for a while now.
About time that Seven was called to account.
Going to be a tough watch for many.
Will be interesting to see what damage this might do to Seven’s brand.
Justice Lee awaits.
