Seven News, A Current Affair, The Chase all won Thursday timeslots.

An extended Home & Away topped entertainment at 874,000 in National TV Audience on Thursday.

The Chase was next with a narrow victory of 635,000 over Tipping Point‘s 628,000.

7:30 drew 660,000 then Foreign Correspondent (509,000), Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly Australia (403,000) and Great Australian Walks (202,000).

Gogglebox scored with 550,000 then George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces (321,000), and TikTok Murdeers Gone Viral (290,000).

Thursday Night NRL was 576,000.

Seven News was #1 at 1.28m. Homicide with Ron Iddles managed 233,000.

Nine News averaged 1.14m. ACA led its slot at 963,000. In select cities were RBT (254,000) and Trump vs Harris: The Battle for America (205,000).

ABC News pulled 816,000. Hard Quiz (350,000), Antiques Roadshow (218,000), and Miriam Margolyes Impossibly Australian (168,000) followed.

The Project drew 321,000 for 10 then 10 News First (320,000), Deal or No Deal (302,000) and The Cheap Seats (232,000).

On SBS it was SBS World News (191,000 / 150,000), Junior Doctors Down Under (138,000), Mastermind (82,000) and Rebus (73,000).

The Morning Show: 230,000 / 150,000
Today Extra: 181,000 / 130,000

  1. That was the most intense two weeks of Home and Away. I cannot recall a time where the show had such an engrossing storyline for as long as this. I am sad that Jacqui Purvis has left the show but for what my estimation weighs, she is going to go long and far as she has serious acting chops. Nicholas Cartwright who played her onscreen brother and Ethan Browne who played her onscreen husband were exceptional. People hate on Home and Away incessantly but one can’t dispute its enviable track record of pioneering its cast into bigger and brighter ventures.
