The Voice beats The Block on Wednesday

Hot on the heels of a Logie win The Voice now has its first 2024 victory over The Block, winning by a comfy margin.
The Voice scored 917,000 viewers in National TV Audience.
That was ahead of The Block (865,000), 7:30 (744,000), Thank God You’re Here (598,000) and Shaun Micallef’s Eve of Destruction (509,000).
At 9pm The Front Bar led with 527,000 then Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont Spelling Bee (508,000), Paramedics (456,000), Ray Martin: The Last Goodbye (224,000) and Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers (213,000).
Seven News was #1 at 1.33m while Home & Away topped entertainment at 944,000. The Chase was 661,000 then Talking Footy (132,000) and Billy Connolly: My Absolute Pleasure (76,000) in separate markets.
Nine News scored 1.2m with wins by A Current Affair (974,000) and Tipping Point (663,000). In select cities were A&E After Dark (146,000) and Footy Classified (104,000).
ABC News was 862,000. Planet America was up at 450,000 then Hard Quiz (384,000) and Antiques Roadshow (231,000).
The Project drew 323,000 then 10 News First (309,000) and Deal or No Deal (300,000).
On SBS it was SBS World News (203,000 / 156,000), Michael Palin in Nigeria (202,000), Mastermind (77,000) and DI Ray (112,000).
