Also returning is Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Gen (a title tweak from Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation) with a new host set to challenge Gen X, the Millennials and the Zoomers. The show was last seen on Nine in 2018.
A local version of Ghosts and a festive movie Staycation will join NCIS: Sydney and Neighbours in the scripted stakes.

This exciting Big Brother revival will launch across all Network 10 platforms in quarter four of 2025. Mel Tracina said: “I was one of the millions of Aussies captivated by Big Brother when it launched on Channel 10 in the early noughties. “The show has such a loyal and passionate fan base, and I am excited to help bring back the show’s original spirit (minus the flip phones and bum dancing).” Daniel said: “Big Brother, the show that started it all, is coming back to 10 where it belongs. It’ll be bigger, better and bolder than ever before and we are thrilled to welcome Mel Tracina as host. Mel is a self-confessed reality TV junkie who will bring so much energy and passion to this revitalised series. Todd Sampson’s Why?
Here’s a question. What motivates people to do, well, ‘questionable’ things? Todd Samson is on a mission to find the answers in his new series, Todd Sampson’s Why?. Todd Sampson said: “‘Why?’ It’s our very first question. Our way of understanding the world. This series explores the ‘whys’ of some of the most fascinating people on the planet. We’ll dive into the death-defying desires of base jumpers, explore the forward-thinking doomsday preppers, investigate the tangled life of a donor dad and delve into the mystical world of an alien church. “Some ‘whys’ may never be fully answered, and some may be hard to swallow. But it’s by understanding others that we better understand ourselves.”

If Big Brother goes back to basics, they are onto a winner with the revival. Live nominations and evictions is a good start. That’s what made it must watch tv in its early days. Nine did really well with it too, but Seven made it too much like Survivor and Love Island.
Omg are they seriously persisting with the most disgustingly cringeworthy show of Practical Jokers, it is so horrible. And I’m sure it’s not even doing well?
Gutted there’s still no Traitors
For all the bad mouthing and put downs 10 gets….it still draws huge comments on major announcements and for so many who supposedly do not watch…many still have opinions….kinda males me smile….I am a 10 fan….Thank you for the post David Knox.
I can’t see this mentioned anywhere or in the comments so ignore this if it’s been mentioned- but Working Dog have announced HYBPA, Cheap Seats and Thank God You’re Here as all returning in 2025 on their Instagram… but 10 haven’t confirmed TGYH??
