In Episode 2 of Human Error...

In the midst of a sexy dream, Holly finds herself at the doctor’s office. Admitting she’s pregnant with another man’s child, Holly’s informed she has a few weeks to decide whether to continue with the pregnancy. At work, she quickly comes face to face with the man whose baby it is.

Joining with Sergeant Gavin Butterfield and his Tactical Operations team, a unit of fit, macho operators who smash in doors and take down offenders, Holly and her team raid a share house in Broadmeadows. Inside they find several weapons just like the one used in their case. But as they try to link the gun back to the murder, they uncover another compelling detail.
