Season 2 of Dessert Masters screens on 10 in October.

Hosts Melissa Leong and Amaury Guichon return for desserts that look like vegemite jars, to chocolate domes designed to be smashed, and fairy floss clouds set alight.

Contestants this season are Alisha Henderson, Christy Tania, Emelia Jackson, Dan Pasquali, Darren Purchese, Donato Toce, Jana Lai, John Demetrios, Katherine Sabbath and Reece Hignell.
