Hi David, is there any part of the Voice that’s live or interactive outside of the finale this year or is it all pre-recorded again? I just thought that might give them some more buzz down the track if we get to interact with the show again that’s all. DWTS was such an amazing season – but let down by how rushed it was (imagine how much better it would have been if we got to know that stellar cast over the usual 2 or so months!?) – Channel 7’s obsession with pre-recording everything besides half of Idol might save them money, but it can’t be great for their viewership long term could it?
Finale is already recorded.
Seven really struggling to get younger viewers. Absolutely thrashed by Nine in 16-39s and 25-54s
Amazing result for the Paralympics! Nine must feel vindicated with their all-in on par with the able-bodied Olympics commitment, IPC and APC would also be stoked. Extending off Seven’s investment in Rio and Tokyo. Could be quite the bidding war after Brisbane 2032. Seven would’ve been quietly confident Paralympics would’ve only done 300k-odd again last night and assumed a win for Spotlight. So a fantastic result for Nine, albeit with a massive lead-in(s). Also great results for the US Open in recent days, considering on 9Go!HD (not the usual channel) multi-channel and in daytime, with so much else going on, one Aussie guaranteed a QF berth tonight with de Minaur v Thompson!
