Kristian & Mimi win $50,000 off Block reserve

South Australian couple Kristian & Mimi have had $50,000 sliced off their reserve in the upcoming Block auction after winning a Clubhouse challenge last night.

Aided by ex-contestants Alisa and Lysandra they drew a perfect score of 30 points for their renovation of a a cinema room and outdoor kitchen.

They were just 1 point ahead of the games room renovated by Jimmy and Tam on behalf of Kylie and Brad (who walked out of the show on Sunday night).

Tieing on 28 points were Maddy and Charlotte for their outdoor BBQ and entertaining area & Courtney and Grant’s indoor day spa and sauna. In last place on 27.5 was Ricky and Haydn’s alfresco dining space.

Judges were blown away by the renovations, convinced they will add high value to the five properties, which go under the hammer on Saturday.

Host Scott Cam said, “You all did an amazing job and I agree with the judges, you are all going to be winners on Auction day, with the spaces you have built, the houses you have built. It’s absolutely amazing!”

Reserve prices and Auction order are yet to be revealed.

Last night also saw the return of Jesse & Paige who quit the show after Week 5, last night touring the finished site.
