Report: Real Housewives of Sydney halts shooting

What's a reality show full of conflict without a little drama-rama?

Producers of upcoming Foxtel / Binge series Real Housewives of Sydney have indicated production is on track, following reports some cast members had refused to return to filming after an ‘altercation’ took place.

Matchbox Pictures told the Sunday Telegraph they had all 10 episodes in the can after the newspaper claimed some women refused to return for the next date of shooting. Producers reportedly had to edit around what they had already filmed.

Cast members have also threatened to boycott a reunion unless they view the entire season prior to airing.

Of course, the franchise is a series where verbal altercations are just part of a weekly episode….

“We are committed to a respectful work environment and anything that violates our policies is immediately investigated,” Matchbox Pictures said in a statement.

The series is expected in 2025.

  1. An altercation? On the Housewives? Well that’s not what they signed up fo- oh wait, it is! Assuming it’s not a safety issue, this is a lil unprofesh.
