Queensland best friends Simone & Viviana have won My Kitchen Rules 2024 taking home a $100,000 prize in Seven’s grand finale.
Their modern Italian menu scored 27/30, besting runners-up Caz and Fergus by 2 points.
“This experience has completely changed our life,” said Viviana.
Simone said: “I’m so happy to have shared this with Viviana and all our friends. Amore, Amore. We did this one for you.”
He then revealed: “I just found out I’m going to become a dad. My beautiful partner Victoria is pregnant. It’s mind-blowing.”
“I walked into this challenge with a best friend and came out of it with a brother. I could not be happier,” said Viviana.
The grand final judged by Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge and guest Julie Goodwin, comprised four courses – entrée, seafood, meat and dessert – totalling 100 plates of food.
Manu told both teams: “I want you to know that you have done a brilliant job. You should all be very proud of what you have achieved.”
Caz said: “I’m incredibly proud of both of us. It was never going to be easy today.”
To his mum, Fergus said: “I wouldn’t have got here without you. No regrets.”
Seven’s series produced by ITV Studios Australia has delivered over a million viewers of late, with Seven already casting for a 2025 edition.

Was pretty much a given these two were going to win, although I liked Caz and Fergus slightly better.
It seemed like every time I left on MKR they were cooking – didn’t they do something like 4 instant restaurants? Quite fitting they won I think.
Congratulations to Simone and Viviana. Well deserved. But knew they were going to win the moment that the judges gave the scoring to Caz and Fergus first. Happens all the time. Whoever gets the scores called out first turns out to have lost to those who get the scores called out second.
Gah! Spoiled the outcome for me (I’m yet to catch up on the last two weeks), but it seemed pretty clear from the start that these two were going to win, and they are very deserving winners. Adored them both throughout the show.
Looking forward to binging the rest of the episodes soon.
