  1. VOZ has masked the ratings now, to Seven’s benefit. The traditional OzTAM 5 City Metro audiences and shares would be through the roof for Nine’s Australian Open. Perth and regional Australia, as usual, doing the heavy lifting for team red. Sydney, Melbourne, 25-54s, 16-39s, BVOD were surely all landslides to Nine, what Seven and advertisers care about. Going to be an interesting year as it’s becoming trading currency.

  2. I have tuned into watching some other court streams via 9Now whether it’s singles or doubles. I watched several matches on 9Now to steer clear of Tony Jones, Ariarne Titmus and Jess Fox. I know Titmus and Fox are gold medal champs at Paris last year but I believe they added they added nothing to the coverage. It would be great if they added former tennis player Jarmila Wolfe. At least she has more knowledge of tennis compared to Titmus/Fox.

  3. I agree that seven were complacent / stupid / asleep at the wheel to let the tennis slip although this last season of cricket has been good for them and not sure seven would have got the cricket if they hadn’t lost the tennis? Hasn’t MAFS massive ratings been a factor since before nine had the tennis?

  4. Seven really were so stupid to let the tennis get away from them. And Ten the Big Bash. It’s no coincidence Married at First Sight breaks out miles ahead of everyone else every year off the back of 15 days of large audiences tuning in to Nine for the tennis.
