Actor facing indecent assault charges

Actor Jeremy Kewley faced Melbourne Magistrates Court yesterday on 103 counts of alleged indecent assault on minors and two counts of possessing child pornography.

Kewley, who has appeared in a long list of productions, is best known for Janus, Fat Tony & Co., Stingers, Blue Heelers, City Homicide and The Devil’s Playground.

He has also been a regular warm-up man for shows including The Footy Show and The Marngrook Footy Show.

The prosecution did not oppose bail and he will return to court on March 13.
