TEN’s observational series Being Lara Bingle premieres next month.
The behind-the-scenes look at Bingle’s private life and it begins 8pm Thursday June 7th.
From a string of high-profile relationships, to leaked topless photos, controversial car chases, and endless swimsuit spreads – Lara Bingle has proved to be solid gold tabloid fodder from the get go.
Featuring a core cast of her closest celebrity friends and family, “Being Lara Bingle” will follow both Lara’s professional and personal exploits.
Away from the persistent paparazzi and extravagant celebrity events, we’ll meet the girl who still takes her washing home every week…

“we’ll meet the girl who still takes her washing home every week”
Her poor Mum,.
You’ would think she would have enough money to get that done and instead justr visit her Mum for tea and cake.
I’ve seen quite a few sneak peaks of the show, and I’m not surprised to say that every other person sharing the screen with her is far more interesting.
Yawn!
Will this last longer than “Yasmine’s Getting Married”?
She whinges about having no privacy and media hounding her, then wants cameras following her everywhere and have people watch her private life on tv. Hope this tanks big time. What were Ten thinking?
With this kind of show they never go far enough. A real unexpurgated look at the life of someone like Lara would be a lot of fun, but I fear the lawyers will have sat in the edit suite and taken all the potential frission out of it.
Who the bloody hell is she.
How the hell did Lara Bingle become a celebrity in the first place???
She appeared in a tourism ad that never actually went to air. What else has she done to become a celebrity?
I hope no one watches this and it disappears forever.
Ten will probably let it run for a while. If it was on Nine it would only last one week.
I know that Ten want to try new and different things, and I appreciate that. But I really think they’ve misread their audience with this.
I think this would of been better on ELEVEN. Though I’ll probably watch it. I have a guilty pleasure for trashy reality shows.
“Featuring a core cast of her closest celebrity friends and family”
I do wonder why those people (especially her family) allow/support her in doing something like this’. Her private life should just be that ‘private’. Just my opinion.
The media will have a field day with this and it will end in ‘tears’… Then again, I could be wrong :) but I have a gut feeling about this.
Stupidest idea for a show ever. She’s not even that famous.
It just shows you anyone can get their own TV show these days.
I’m now genuinely looking forward to this… her life seems to be a giant soap opera yet (it would appear at least) there do seem to be people around her blatantly trying to keep her grounded.
Sure she’s made some questionable choices but then again who hasn’t? The nastiness people throw at her sometimes really is unnecessary.
I assume it’s a 30 min program?
