Next week GO! screens the 26th Annual ARIA Awards, which will induct Yothu Yindi into the Hall of Fame.

This is a delayed event beginning with Red Carpet Arrivals from the Sydney Entertainment Centre.

It’s the second time GO! has screened the ARIAs.

The music industry will celebrate its night of nights with a star-studded line up of presenters and guests, including pop sweetheart Taylor Swift, Joel and Benji Madden, Nicki Minaj, Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa, and Tom and Alex from Triple J.

There will be performances by Taylor Swift, Guy Sebastian, Hilltop Hoods, Missy Higgins, Kimbra, Temper Trap, The Jezabels and the night’s most nominated artist, Melbourne rapper 360. And this year the eight-time ARIA Award-winning, ground-breaking group Yothu Yindi will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Since last year’s 25th anniversary awards six Australian singles and eight Australian albums have hit Number One on the National ARIA charts – a big salute by music buyers to our local artists.

Jesinta Campbell, Maude Garrett and James Kerley will open the awards show by greeting the biggest names in Australian music, and the international guests, on the ARIA red carpet from 7.30pm, with the awards to follow.

Join special guests Timomatic, Justice Crew, Jessica Mauboy, Josh Thomas, models Samantha Harris and Montana Cox, Alex Perry, Ella Hooper and Chris Cheney for the Australian Music Industry Awards – saluting the standout successes of 2012.

Thursday, November 29, from 7.30pm on GO!
