Airdate: Secrets of the Living Dolls

ABC2 is getting rather frisky on Fridays with “Sex on Friday” documentary programming.

Over the next few weeks there is some raunchy stuff with titillating titles.

This week there is Secrets of the Living Dolls, then Sexters next week and My Penis and I a week later, which has already screened on SBS some years ago.

The phrase “Do not attempt this at home” springs to mind….

Just when you thought you’d seen everything, meet the ‘female maskers’: a community of secretive men leading extraordinary double lives … as dolls.

They spend every spare moment squeezed into lovingly rendered silicon female masks and body suits in an attempt to become their ideal woman.

This one hour documentary, screening Friday February 28, 9:30pm on ABC2 is a window into their previously hidden world, as a small group of female maskers take their unusual hobby outside for the first time. But how will their families – and the general public – react when they witness this never before seen subculture?
