Netflix hosts ‘Now Streaming’ event on Gold Coast
Cast from Boy Swallows Universe, Apple Cider Vinegar, Heartbreak High, Territory head to AACTA Awards.

Netflix last night hosted an inaugural Australian ‘Now Streaming’ event on the Gold Coast,
ahead of the 2025 AACTA Awards Gala.
The event at the Langham Hotel brought together on-screen talent, industry executives and creatives.
Attending were the winners from AACTA Industry Gala Awards, which saw Netflix take home seven awards including six for Boy Swallows Universe, (including Best Casting in Television and Best Cinematography in Television), and Best Soundtrack for Heartbreak High.
Apple Cider Vinegar stars Alycia Debnam-Carey and Aisha Dee, were joined by creator and writer Samantha Strauss, director Jeffrey Walker, and the series’ creatives and crew.
Netflix talent attending tonight’s awards includes cast members from Boy Swallows Universe, Heartbreak High, and Territory, along with Alycia Debnam-Carey and Aisha Dee, who will present the awards for Best Supporting Actor and Actress.
