Northern Pictures wins at Creative Emmy Awards

Australia’s Northern Pictures has won three Creative Emmy Awards for the US series of Love On The Spectrum which screens on Netflix.

The show took out Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program, Outstanding Picture Editing for Unstructured Reality Program and Outstanding Casting For A Reality Program.

The series outclassed entries from Below Deck Mediterranean, Cheer, Selling Sunset, Deadliest Catch, 10 Queer Eye, RuPaul’s Drag Race and Top Chef.

Love on the Spectrum U.S. follows people on the autism spectrum as they navigate the unpredictable world of dating and relationships. It was made by the same team from Northern Pictures that produced the original Love on the Spectrum in Australia.

Karina Holden, Head of Factual for Northern Pictures, Co-creator and Executive Producer said, “We couldn’t be prouder of our Aussie team hitting the Hollywood red carpet and picking up three Emmy Awards for our work on Love on the Spectrum U.S.
