  1. Amazing ratings for Ninja Warrior! Quite an enjoyable show. House Rules also ended with respectable numbers, even if it wasn’t number one. It always surprises me how House Rules manages to grow in ratings over the season. Usually it gets mediocre ratings at the start of the season, only to slowly climb up.

    • Yes, House Rules’ ratings usually grow over the course of the season, but they seemed to plateau a bit more this time. Culminating in disappointing finale numbers. I don’t think 7 will be happy. And I think 9 will be nervous about The Block too. I sense some renovating reality fatigue. Shorter seasons needed I think.

Not sure anyone saw those numbers for Ninja Warrior coming.

      • Is it renovation fatigue or drama fatigue? Most people seem to be over the dramatics of reality tv and just want to watch the “journey” rather than watch the manufactured drama that now seems to be the norm i reality tv.

  2. Always a gamble to launch a new show against an existing show finale. 9 will be happy with that. Think 7 will not be! I managed to start watching HR at 8:15 and had caught up and skipped a lot of filler and then it ran overtime by 15 minutes!

  3. Huge ratings for Ninja warrior! Enjoyed the first episode, the parkour brothers though!!. Dylan getting through the course in under a minute just amazing!! ??
