Next month Foxtel Arts screens John Lennon: 75th Birthday Concert, an event held in honour of what would have been his 75th birthday,

The concert event taping was held at Madison Square Garden on December 5th 2015, hosted by Kevin Bacon (NB: Lennon was born on 9 October 1940).

Artists include John Fogerty, Peter Frampton, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, Steven Tyler, Sheryl Crow, an appearance by Yoko Ono and video tributes from Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr

Saturday September 2 at 8.30pm on Foxtel Arts.
