It was bound to happen sooner or later… TV Tonight got it wrong (but hey at least I’m fessin’ up).

My Name is Earl has NOT been pulled from Seven schedule and will air as usual this Sunday night. The error was entirely human, in misreading a network amendment.

Each network uses a different format for issuing amendments, so it’s certainly a juggling act staying on top of them all. But no excuses, it was an error.

My Name is Earl remains in schedule this Sunday and beyond following Most Shocking.

Apologies to fans and Seven for the confusion. My punishment is watching reruns of National Bingo Night and working out where that went wrong…

  1. Oh Thank Heavens! My son had a meltdown when I told him.

    Luckily I didn’t have a chance to vent on the Channel Seven website!

    It did seem odd, however if it had have been Channel Nine it wouldn’t have surprised me in the least!

    Can’t hold it against you…I couldn’t live without your site!
