ACA ‘Hitman’ hearing delayed
A hearing emanating from an ACA story with hidden cameras is adjourned until next May.

Nine reporter Ben Fordham and producer Andrew Byrne have applied for an adjournment in the case that followed an A Current Affair segment 18 months ago. Both have been accused of concealing a serious crime.
Fordham is facing charges for posing as an alleged hitman’s accomplice for the story which used a hidden camera.
The hearing was about to begin in Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday.
Crown prosecutor Mark Tedeschi QC said a third man in the case has pleaded guilty to a single charge of concealing a serious offence, to wit solicit to murder, and was given a Section Nine (good behaviour) bond, notes the news.com.au.
The Nine Network also faces faces penalties of up to $55,000.
The hearing has been adjourned until May 5th next year.
