Foxtel has advised that Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert, due to screen on Main Event in a pay per view screening this Sunday, will no longer go ahead.
A spokespserson says, “Due to copyright and legal reasons beyond our control Main Event is unable to broadcast the Michael Forever – the tribute concert. Subscribers who have pre-booked this event will not be charged.”
For Jackson devotees there is still a web-broadcast via Facebook for a pay per view.
Meanwhile the Black Eyed Peas have also withdrawn from the concert, to be staged in Cardiff, Wales.
