This week joining RocKwiz hosts Julia Zemiro and Brian Nankervis are Sydney songstress Lanie Lane and Sparkadia’s Alex Burnett.

It all unfolds with the RocKwiz Orkestra and the ever-faithful roadie’s roadie, Dugald, in the faded splendour of The Gershwin Room at St Kilda’s Esplanade Hotel.

Adding sass to the smoky, sultry sounds of a bygone era, Sydney songstress Lanie Lane draws on the past and plants it very firmly in the here and now. Joining her on the RocKwiz stage is the brainchild behind and lead singer of festival favourites’ Sparkadia, Alex Burnett.

The RocKwiz duet these rock legends recreate will be sure to get heads bopping and rock the socks off music fans both young and old.

    1. It’s always tricky with RW. Yes they are part of the “Who Can It Be Now?” segment, but they are also the hook to promoting each episode. If the network is promoting names, and providing photos then it really isn’t me doing any spoiling. Those decisions have been made further up.
