Another Aussie actor is appearing in a US series, this time Aisha Dee (pictured, left), who was a regular in The Saddle Club and Dead Gorgeous.
She has a principal role in the new FOX sitcom I Hate My Teenage Daughter.
The series follows two US mums who fear their daughters are turning into the kind of girls who tormented them in high school. Dee plays Mackenzie, daughter of Nikki Miller (Katie Finneran).
It also stars Jaime Pressly (My Name is Earl).
Dee also played a recurring character in Terra Nova.
It starts today in the US.

Okay, I watched it. It was pretty bad. Jaime Pressly shines but overall it’s a woefully bad show.
I was recently in America at Warner Bros Studios as an audience member for the 4th episode of I hate My Teenage Daughter. She’s really talented, down-to-Earth and professional. Knew all her lines and wasn’t trying too hard to be funny in the episode’s downtime.
Jaime Pressly is also fantastic. She’s a real a talented actor as well. The show itself was surprisingly funny too.
Good to get your insight, Blake.
Good onya, Aisha. 🙂
haha, sounds good. 🙂
