ABC’s much-lauded drama series The Slap is in the running for an award by Britain’s Royal Television Society Programme Awards.
The series is one of three productions in the running for the International Award.
But it has to compete against Modern Family from the US and Denmark’s The Killing -a tough ask.
The winners will be announced on March 20 in a ceremony hosted by Rob Brydon.
