Masterclass: Go Back to Where You Came From

A Masterclass from the producers of Go Back to Where You Came From will be held in Sydney next week, following the second series on SBS.

Executive Producer Michael Cordell and Series Producer Rick McPhee will lead a one-day course at the Australian Film Television and Radio School.

Between them Michael and Rick have produced hundreds of hours of television over more than twenty years – they are two of the most experienced TV Producers in Australia. In this one day masterclass they will pass on their experience and knowledge of the whole process from finding an appropriate subject, pitching it and getting it funded, through production and making sure what HAS to be covered actually IS covered, and finally crafting hundred of hours of footage into a finished series which becomes “must see TV”.
