Erin McNaught sues over CyberShack injury

Erin McNaught is suing producers of tech show CyberShack for a hand injury she sustained three-and-a-half years ago.

2013-03-18_1551Presenter Erin McNaught is suing CBN Media, producers of Nine Network tech show CyberShack for up to $750,000 for a hand injury she sustained during her stint on the program three-and-a-half years ago.

News Limited reports in November 2009 her finger was partially severed after she fell off an electric dirt bike she was reviewing for the show. The injury required 40 stitches and repeated physiotherapy but a source claims her hand no longer functions properly.

The case is scheduled for mention in the Downing Centre District Court tomorrow.

McNaught, who was a presenter on the show from 2007–2010, is not expected to attend.
