I do hope that Hughesy’s recent life changing decision have not been made for his or close family because of health reasons.
If not, I also hope they seat Hughesy in between Mr Turnbull and Ms Albrechtsen for a couple of reasons, the first being, that if he is still in his same pre-election mode, and despite their closeness, he will possibly end up being a physical wreck, of after nearly an hour of licking both their A….ses.
The second being, even if he has now seen what he helped deliver ( especially regarding melbourne jobs) and now in deep remorse, possibly he should be still seated between them, and just regard it as only one part of his penance process, and this is entirely regardless of who researched his pre-election material as he was the one who delivered it.
So I eagerly await next weeks Q & A
But I do hope his recent life decisions
To all those giving David K. a hard time over the supposedly politicising of his blog,( in other items) my only comments are, that it seems by your very own comments it is obvious as to who is trying to politicise our comments in typical conservative form and attack, I for one can vouch for David’s vigilant efforts to maintain neutrality, and ask given the very ethos of Q&A and other items, shouldn’t both sides of politics not deserve their right of comment? that is unless you do hold the same narrow agenda of Mr Abbott and Co.
@Gaz
Many a true word spoken in jest, so do I take you would hate Shaun Micalief as well.
@Justsaying
Hopefully he is displaying some contrition/remorse and embarrassment, after undeniable contributing to the landslide delivery of Mr Abbott and Co. because of his utter disrespect of then PM Ms Gillard, who has more guts with none, than him, with I…
Don’t understand why hughesy just ended up leaving everything the project and radio I actually liked his style of comedy did so much better of a job then Peter Heliar which is so annoying and always laughs at his own jokes, good to see hughesy back on our screens.
@gaz – I agree. I do like Akmal, but geez, he added nothing on the show earlier this week.
Good to see Dave Hughes on q&a.
OK…I will watch…I miss Dave on The Project…I know he is not everyones cup of tea…but I like him.
I hope he is better than Akmal Saleh was last week. Akmal had absolutely nothing to contribute to the discussion, other rudely interrupting other panellists with his humourless jokes.
