RocKwiz returns for its 12th Season on Monday night with a salute to Vanda & Young who wrote songs for The Easybeats, John Paul Young, Flash and The Pan, The Angels and AC/DC.

Filmed at Enmore Theatre it features performances by Doc Neeson (The Angels), Isabella Manfredi (The Preatures), The Basics (the band featuring Wally De Backer aka Gotye), Steve Kilbey, and Gossling to name just a few.

Across the one hour show you will some classic Australian pop songs -I’d forgotten how many good ones they composed.

One of those is sung by Ms. RocKwiz herself, Julia Zemiro, in French, joined by Isabella Manfredi.

9:30pm Monday March 24 on SBS ONE.

  1. I went to the Perth show of Rockwiz last night saluting Vanda and Young. Was a great night. Brian and Julia were excellent very funny too. The entire team did a great job. Cant wait for the new season

  2. Yes, great to see Rockwiz back again but puzzling as to why they’ve moved to Monday nights where they will be competing with other long established programs.
    Was a perfect timeslot on Saturday nights.

  4. looking forward to this but really scratching my head as to why they moved this away from sat nights, will have to pvr it as theres too much else on mons.
