Next week, Q & A will broadcast live from Melbourne Town Hall as the city becomes the focus of the 20th International AIDS Conference.
Joining host Tony Jones on the panel will be:
· Former High Court Judge Michael Kirby, who recently led a UN inquiry into human rights abuses in North Korea;
· Indonesian Health Minister and Chair of The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Nafsiah Mboi;
· French Nobel Prize-winner and co-discoverer of HIV, Françoise Barré-Sinoussi;
· Former Liberal Senator and Ambassador in Rome, Amanda Vanstone; and
· Living with HIV writer Nic Holas, the co-founder of The Institute of Many, a support group for HIV positive people.
Monday night at 9.35pm on ABC1 and simulcast on ABC News 24.
