A new Foxtel Movies Disney +2 has launched today on Channel 415.
Like other +2 channels, it broadcasts two hours after the Foxtel Movies Disney channel (Ch 404).
The channel has quickly become a favourite of Foxtel subscribers and features a range of classic titles and contemporary movies including recent releases, timeless live-action and animated library films, as well as Disney-Pixar huge box office hits.
The fun and enchantment of Foxtel Movies Disney (channel 404) provides ad-break free movies available in High Definition and only on Foxtel. Foxtel Movies Disney content is also available through Anytime on an internet-connected Foxtel iQ and Foxtel Play subscribers, and through Foxtel Go.
Movie highlights coming up include Maleficent (April 5), The Incredibles (April 10), The Pirate Fairy (April 12), Planes: Fire & Rescue (May 8), 101 Dalmatians (May 15), Lady and the Tramp (May 29).

Surprised about this. With the features available in the iq2 and iq3, the need for these +2 channels disappears.
They should be using the bandwidth to improve the quality of existing channels or adding new channels with different content.
Most people still watch TV Live to air and you live in Perth you need +2
I mentioned this to Foxtel through facebook and their reply was that not everyone has an iq, so they can’t record tv programs so that’s why they keep the +2 dhannels
This will be handy. It’s not always easy to organise kids to watch tv/movies and I’ve found the Family Channel +2 has come in handy on occasions.
