“The highlight of my career was playing for Australia and the Socceroos and also the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000,” he told Bachelorette, Sam Frost.

  1. Fair enough. There’s only so many real estate terms that can be twisted into terrible dating puns (I can only some up with something about “adjustment date”, and a bad taste one about “broker”). When your aiming for that goal the field is so much larger when you pitch yourself as a professional sportsman.

But who amongst us can say they haven’t – or wouldn’t – leave an embarassing, socially-unacceptable job off their resume? I know I have. Though it has been a little difficult explaining the apparent 22-year gap in my employment history…

    1. Yeah you can’t blame him for avoiding the real estate reference, the only job I know with a worse reputation is security guard on manus island. I hope Sam steers clear though
