Canadian network gets Ace

Animated Canadian network adds Aussie toon to their Fall line-up.

Canadian network Teletoon has added Aussie animation Get Ace to their Fall line up.

It joins other series, Inspector Gadget, ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks, Be Cool Scooby-Doo!, and Wabbit.

Gian Christian of Galaxy Pop told TV Tonight, “We’re so thrilled at our international sales progress with this series. It’s fantastic… And amazing to be a part of Teletoon’s Fall Lineup.”

The series premiered in Australia on ELEVEN.

  1. I have an11 year old son and notice so many children are speaking with these trans-Pacific, trans-Atlantic accents. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why this series is selling well internationally – carving out a global audience in an increasingly competitive market. Isn’t creating content for the global market a way to protect our industry’s future? Remember striney Australian animation series like L’il Elvis and that Ettamogah pub thing? No? Exactly.
