Jamie Lee Curtis has filmed a homage scene to her mother Janet Leigh, who famously appeared in that shower scene in Psycho.

It’s even filmed in black and white.

Scream Queens airs Wednesday night 9:30pm on ELEVEN.

  1. Apologies in advance, David. I hate to be a nit-diddly-picker here, but this scene had already aired in last night’s episode, and it was not filmed in black and white. The scene played out in full colour in the actual episode (a missed opportunity, perhaps?).

    Incidentally, I don’t think that filmmakers would even bother filming in black and white nowadays unless they’re using genuine black and white film stock. For digital filmmakers, it would be more practical to convert the footage in post-production.

    A fun homage though.
