  1. I now tape Im a celeb and MKR. I fast forward through mundine’s 1950’s views on women and I skip through the bitchiness on MKR.

But I to watched Eddie the eagle. I had no plans to but saw the start and kept watching. I guess it worked because I was planning to watch the winter Olympics but now I will probably watch more of the ski jumping than I had planned to.

  2. harrypotter1994

Australian Story was well done last night. I’m glad the two ladies can now spend the rest of their lives together. Also massive kudos to Tony Abbott and his mum for doing what the parents in Bride and Prejudice couldn’t by attending their family members wedding.

  3. So much for all those disgusted, appalled people who were not going to watch MKR now because it’s just bitchy, “not a cooking show” etc. It was the most watched non news show in every city. #1 in Brisbane and Perth.

  4. Tens Celebrity definitely suffers from a poor lead in show. On Sunday it rated well cause the BBL final gave it a good lead in. This has got to be Tens priority in 2018.

  5. Loved Eddie the Eagle last night, what a feel-good drama, glad to see it rate fairly well (for this day and age), helped Seven to an easy win. They’re being cheeky but smart – Winter Olympics movies leading-up (Cool Runnings was on over the weekend).

    • Yes. But let’s just hope they don’t botch the actual coverage – and in particular – the app/website. I never had any problem with Foxtel/Ten coverage of recent Olympics, but Seven killed Rio for me.

      • Well, Seven have always been the home of the Olympics RadiC00l, bar 2012 and early days. But Winter and Comm Games, you’re correct. I too enjoyed Delhi 2010 and especially Sochi 2014.

    • TT’s format is much too slow, going by last night. There was the odd good bit of banter (“DAAS? No idea who was in it.”) but the questions need to come a lot faster. Even my older family members who I’d pointed it out to mentioned this.
