  1. All of the above reasons for 9 being fantastic are also the reasons for FTA TV dying a slow painful death.

Even the demographics are not consistent showing that younger viewers are pulled in by Spartan but us older ones have seen it all be4. MAFS – well all I can say people are still attracted to fantasie concepts. Next program will be divorce after one month.

Thank goodness I have other viewing options.

Olympics closing was well done and enjoyable. Then watched late at night – IACGMOOHere recording and so glad the far right pollie is out now. Was amused by him and his wife having a fight on TV though. Now I don’t feel so bad when my wife yells at me at home 😉

    • At last count I think 4 of the 11 couples on MAFS have already “divorced” and legged it from the program! (And at least 2 more seem to be on quite shaky ground).

      • I’m thus saying that there is no need for an additional divorce program! At the rate they are going there’ll hardly be any married couples left when the show comes to an end!

  2. Massive win for Nine. Big win for main channel in overall numbers and demographics and the multi-channels did well also. Disappointing figures for Spartan, but it was a poor imitation of Australian Ninja Warriors which will probably rate it’s socks off when it is shown. Missed Riot on ABC. Suppose to be quite good but see it didn’t rate too well.
