  1. I had great hopes for this programme only to have them dashed. The host makes jokes that are not funny or clever and frequently demonstrates his political leanings with derogatory comments against, for instance, the British Royal Family.

    If the ABC must have a quiz show, at least choose competitors with a modicum of intelligence.
