Seven is casting for more shows about couples and romance.
“When do you know if your partner is really The One?” a casting notice for The Partner Test announces.
“Wouldn’t it be great if you could put your partner to the test before you commit?
“We are looking for couples that want to be sure they aren’t settling for second best!”
Meanwhile Escape for Love brings romance and travel together.
“Have you met the love of your life but your family isn’t so sure? We’re looking for couples who believe they are destined to be together, despite what anyone thinks,” says this casting notice.

I have four grandchildren who are teenagers, none of them watch free to air tv for this very reason, so if this is the case for the population in general what hope is there for a future for free to air tv
remember when networks used to make things like dramas? Now it’s just reality shows (scripted drama in a lower form I suppose, and avoids them having to pay for talented people like writers and actors) and cheap tabloidy stuff like this that has a very short shelf life. No wonder we’re looking at other options for viewing.

Yes, that’s called the process of falling in love…
… and in the meantime we wonder why kids don’t seem to be able to commit to mature longterm relationships.
First it was singing, then it was renovating, then it was cooking.
Now it’s dating.
After watching this show, you’ll feel dumber!!
Cheap trash. Love overload
I already don’t care about this. I don’t care about wannabes and their 15 minutes, I don’t care why “Fans will be shocked” and I don’t care for the onslaught of commercials promoting this crap. I don;t care for anyone wanting to find “true love” through a TV show. I just don’t care. Aren’t we smarter than this? My brother is here from the UK and even he said Aussie TV was baaadddd!
Preach!!! you sir, are my new favourite person
It seems the networks go through phases of ‘what is in/hip/trendy’ according to whom I don’t know! But the previous oversaturation of singing shows, cooking shows and the reno shows… now we are bombarded by the onslaught of ‘love’ shows. I don’t love this new genre either!
