    Seven News Perth was shown at the special time of 5.30pm which is probably why Nine News Perth achieved a ‘win’ over the competition.

  2. So people have given up on Sando? The last time I saw a comedy completely flat-line after just two episodes was Outland. Seriously, if you can’t even get three, let alone six, episodes out of your premise then it shouldn’t get greenlit.

    a really nice economical ceremony without wasting money on too many polluting fireworks. Delta Goodram showed us she is a great singer when she has the right song. well done not over done.

  4. I was a bit disappointed with the beginning of the ceremony but after the athletes came out the rest of it was really enjoyable and well done. Loved Migaloo.

  5. Wow, that’s huge numbers for the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony on the Gold Coast. We watched it like we do the test cricket, with the ABC radio commentary. It was great.

  6. Started to watch Comm Games but Seven’s commercial breaks went on and on and on and on. Switched to ABC until end of Mad As Hell. Then Seven deemed it necessary to interrupt the opening ceremony for a lengthy promo for some unreality show coming whenever. No commercials, just the promo.
