BBC has dropped the official trailer for Doctor Who starring Jodie Whittaker.

It also features Ryan (Tosin Cole), Yasmin (Mandip Gill) and Graham (Bradley Walsh).

A 65 minute premiere The Woman Who Fell to Earth is due to screen in Australia first on iview Monday October 8 with a broadcast later on ABC. Whovians will also screen same day on ABC Comedy.

ABC is yet to confirm all times with current schedules for October 8 lacking any Who programming.

Time to put fans out of their misery…. “it’s about time.”

Doctor Who 5:45pm Monday October 8 ABC (6pm Mondays thereafter).
Whovians 7:30pm Monday October 8 ABC Comedy

Like having a Jane Bond having a female Dr Who will be a challenge for some rusted on fans but no doubt as is the case with a number of past ‘Who’ re-generations Jodie Whittaker will get her own devoted fan base eventually. Hopefully the new writers will stick with good story writing and leave the BBC PC messaging alone.

  4. I shall be recording and watching later! I have to wonder if people have nothing better to do than sit on their devices and whinge, the comments on youtube are just mind numbing. Do people ever just stop and think, ” i don’t think i will watch this and move on” , or is it a must to point out every little thing they hate about the clip.
