Ahead of the return of Australia’s Got Talent later this year, Seven has slated Britain’s Got Talent for next week.
Hosted by (the returning) Ant & Dec, it was last seen in Australia on Nine.
Judges are Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams.
The series began in the UK earlier this month, with Aussie Gerry Connolly as the first act, “The Queen, Head of State, 92.”
Sydney, Brissy: 8:30pm Thursday May 2 on Seven.
Melb, Ade, Per: 9:30pm
Repeat 7:30pm Monday on 7flix.

930pm is a very late start for a family friendly 90 min show. I hope they show the live finals over consecutive days and not what nine did by showing 2 then having a 2 week break for non ratings
The finals should be shown all in one week like it is in the UK. But there is zero chance that will happen here. Apart from being weeks behind here. The finale will be at the end of May in the UK…. Seven could stretch this till July or longer if they wanted to.
I hope it doesn’t oversaturate the genre and put people off watching the AGT later this year.
